The Return Of Dutch Jupiler Both Teams To Score! Tips For Friday 18th Jan

Dutch Goals Galore returns after the winter break, and not a moment too soon! This bet has become a staple at TVBet, and after a month or so without this goal laden league we can’t wait to get stuck in again.

Friday looks like a great chance to land some extra weekend winnings, and this is my bet:

FC Volendam v FC Dordrecht 7.00pm

Ninth placed Volendam have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last 9 games in all competitions, and that bodes well for visitors Dordrecht, who normally hit the net without fear, but had been rather below par in the goalscoring stakes in the run up to the winter break.

Dordrecht do however average a huge 2.11 goals scored in away games, and when you consider that they’ve hit the net in 89% of their road games.

Volendam are looking dangerous on the attacking front recently too. They’ve netted 9 in their last 4 games, including a very impressive 4-3 home victory over high flying Go Ahead Eagles.

As I write, I can now see that the Jupiler League has been decimated due to a freeze over in Holland, and there’s a big risk that no games will be going ahead at all. For that reason, I’m going to go into a little more detail in the above game, and hopefully find some more bets within it.

Goals really look to be on the menu in this game, and the statistic that I like the most is that FC Volendam’s home games have contained over 2.5 goals in 77% of their games this term. When you collaborate that with the fact that in 3 of the their last 4 games at least 4 goals have been scored, you would also have to fancy over 3.5 goals to be scored, which looks a nice option at 21/20 with Stan James.

Dordrecht have had a bit of time to get over their slight dip in form before the winter break, and I’m predicting a return to the goalscoring form which saw them hit 12 goals in 4 games between October and November.
