Football Accumulator Tip Saturday 7th December – Baggies Can Add To Canaries Woes
FA Cup weekend could throw up a few shocks and we’ve also got a variety of matches across the Premier League, Championship and non-league pyramid to choose from also.
Here’s a treble football accumulator bet paying 11/1 that should make Gillette Soccer Saturday a little more exciting.

WEST BROM V NORWICH
Norwich’s 5-1 humiliation was just the latest instalment in what has been an embarrassing run of matches on the road for the Canaries and I cannot see things improving at the Hawthorns.
West Brom’s two late goals might not have changed the outcome of Wednesday’s loss to Manchester City but it does at least afford Steve Clarke some positives to concentrate on during their preparations for Saturday’s clash. Conversely, Chris Hughton will need to search high and low before finding any cause for optimism.
The Baggies aren’t quite matching up to the heights of last season and are still adapting to life without Lukaku and will be looking for a first win in 5 on Saturday. However, they have comfortably beaten Sunderland and Palace at the Hawthorns and are favourites against an equally poor travelling Norwich.
Wednesday’s Luis Suarez show took Norwich’s run on the road to: P5 W0 D0 L5 GS 3 GA22. It does not make good reading for Canaries fans and the combination of poor attack and even poorer defence only points towards one outcome.
Home win.

GRIMSBY V NORTHAMPTON
High flying Grimsby turn their attentions to the FA Cup as they take on League 2’s relegation threatened Northampton for a place in the third round.
The Mariners are 4th in the Skrill Premiership with games in hand on all three teams above them. They reached the play-offs last year and will look to go one better this season by gaining promotion back to the football league – possibly at the expense of Northampton.
The Cobblers have really struggled this season but have seen a minor improvement in recent weeks that has helped them claw away from the foot of the table. They now find themselves within touching distance of safety and this cup encounter probably comes as a bit of a distraction for Aidy Bothroyd’s side.
Fifteen scored in 19 games is not a good league return and the Cobblers may find it hard to break down their opposition. Grimsby on the other hand have scored 29 in 19 league outings and will be confident of at least getting on the scoreboard.
Northampton will try to win this match but I think their attentions may be elsewhere as they prepare for the slog to remain a football league side.
GRIMSBY win at 13/10 with Bet 365.
KIDDERMINSTER V NEWPORT COUNTY
The Harriers will fancy their chances against Welsh side Newport but I think the League 2 side will just about sneak through.
Kidderminster have won the past 4 meetings between the two sides with the latest being as recent as March of this year. Third in the Skrill Prem, spirits are high around Aggborough and there is a strong belief amongst their supporters that they can progress to the third round.
However, Newport are a football league side now and are in fantastic form. A recent run of 7 games without defeat in all competitions leaves Justin Edinburgh’s side on the cusp of the FA Cup third round in addition to lying just one place behind the League 2 play-off places.
Newport’s away record isn’t great and they haven’t won outside of Wales for a couple of months. A lot of those games have been draws though and against opposition of a league below, I think they’ll have enough to see it through.
The Welsh side will at least be expected to bring the tie back to Rodney Parade and the more cautious punter may opt for DNB at evens. Not me though, I’m tipping the away victory.
NEWPORT win at 2/1 with Bet 365.
A £10 treble returns £121.65 at Bet365 (odds taken at time of writing)
