Football Accumulator Betting Tips Saturday 11th April – Rovers To Give Reading A Royal Battering
The football season is now just weeks short of its climax and as teams race towards the finishing line the need for points is huge.
We’re backing the following three teams to all seal three points on Saturday in this cracking 11/2 treble at SkyBet.
Fingers crossed for the weekend boom.
Reading V Blackburn Rovers

Gary Bowyer’s Blackburn will be eager to capitalise on the Royal’s distraction by registering a third away win on the bounce. In fact, Rovers are actually unbeaten in six competitive away games themselves, scoring three in each of the last two. Of course, they’ll be gutted by their Wednesday night cup exit at Anfield, but that extra motivation to bounce back could serve them well against an inconsistent Royals.
Steve Clarke has definitely improved matters at the Madejski, but the Royals have struggled to find a regular goalscorer this term. Conversely, the visitors boast two in deadly duo Jordan Rhodes and Rudy Gestede and that extra firepower could prove to be the difference here.
Rovers claimed a 3-1 win over Reading at Ewood Park in November. Back the visitors to complete the head-to-head double.

Southend United V Tranmere Rovers
Phil Brown’s Southend have performed extremely well in recent weeks and are now virtually guaranteed a spot in the League Two play-offs. However, the Shrimpers might have much grander aspirations and could give their bid for automatic promotion a serious boost by downing lowly Tranmere at Roots Hall.
The relegation-threatened visitors are equally desperate points as they look to escape the bottom two but Michael Adams’ men have not performed well in recent weeks and enter this clash on the back of a four-game winless streak. Moreover, their strikers are bound to find it tough going against the division’s joint tightest home defence, which could pile the pressure on their very vulnerable defence.
Southend’s home success has largely been found on that defensive stability but they do have goals amongst their ranks, particularly in star striker Barry Corr. Brown will be looking to the 30-year-old for inspiration against Tranmere and his attacking threat could well be the difference between automatic promotion and a spot in the play-offs.
Both teams need a win for very different reasons. Unfortunately for the visitors, we can’t see past anything other than a home victory.

Bristol Rovers V Southport
Our final selection comes from the Vanarama Conference race as Darrell Clarke’s Bristol Rovers look to keep their title bid alive with a comfortable win over Southport. In truth, it should be a routine three points for the Pirates.
Southport were left bitterly disappointed by Monday’s loss to rock-bottom Telford and Paul Carden’s men face an immensely difficult task in trying to prevent a third straight loss when the head to the Memorial. The visitors have already lost to Rovers at Haig Avenue this term and there is a palpable sense of inevitability about Saturday’s result too.
Rovers have been brilliant at home all season and the firepower of Matt Taylor, Ellis Harrison and Jermaine Easter should be far too much for Southport’s vulnerable backline. The visitors have already shipped 66 times this season, whilst the hosts boast eight goals in their past two matches alone.
Strange things happen in football, but this really should be a very predictable outcome. Home win.
