Dutch Division 2 Friday 9th March – Get In On The Goals!

The Arrival of Friday means only one thing… Dutch 2nd division goal fest betting! With a lot of research and a little bit of luck there’s plenty to be made from the over 2.5 goals betting market in this league, and that’s exactly what I’m planning to do on Friday evening. I’ve had a pretty successful week betting wise, and I’m investing some of my profits into this hoping to increase my weekend war chest. Here’s Friday’s treble.

Telstar v Go Ahead Eagles

This has to be my most confident selection for Friday’s treble. Telstar games average 3.68 goals, while opponent’s Go Ahead Eagles are even higher on 3.72.

Go Ahead have been involved in some real goal fests in recent weeks (3-1, 7-2, 4-0, 1-3) and I’m taking them to get amongst the goals again here.

Five of Telstar’s last 6 games have resulted in over 2.5 goals being scored, and with Go Ahead scoring and leaking goals all over the place at present, this game just has to be included.

Almere City v MVV

Almere City can normally be relied upon to produce the goals at home, and opponents MVV have been involved in some high scoring contests on their travels.

MVV have just 1 away win to their name this season, and have only kept 2 clean sheets this term.

Almere score an average of 2 goals per game at home, and have failed to score on just 1 occasion this season on home turf.

The teams played out a 3-2 thriller in the reverse fixture which took place last August, and another high scoring game is on the cards.

Helmond Sport v Top Oss

14th placed Oss have the highest goals per game average in the whole division. Games involving Oss average average a huge 4.12 goals, and 5th placed Helmond Sport could have a field day.

The visitors have suffered 2 huge defeats in the last month; losing 7-2 to Go Ahead Eagles and 5-1 to Sparta Rotterdam. They also went down 3-2 to bottom of the table AGOVV on Monday.

Although they concede bucket loads of goals, Oss have enough quality to score a few themselves, and rarely fail to score. This makes this game a must bet for over 2.5 goals.
