Both Teams To Score Sat 9th Feb – Cobblers Won’t Keep Dale At Bay
Another both teams to score winning treble on Wednesday boosted the bank yet again on Wednesday, and in my current form my confidence is sky high without being cocky.
Everything just seems to be falling into place, and I’m expecting another great run for my money eith this Saturday’s Goals Galore treble which pays just over 7/2 at Sky Bet

Northampton Town v Rochdale 3.00pm
This selection my raise a few eyebrows being that Northampton are 7 points ahead of Rochdale and have only let in 13 goals at home this season, giving them one of League Two’s strongest home defences, but Rochdale have a fantastic knack of pinching results away form home, and above all else scoring and conceding in bucket loads.
Rochdale have actually scored and conceded in all but 1 of their away league games this season, making them the 3rd most prolific BTTS team in Europe when playing away from home.
Northampton have won their last 4 at home, and are obvious favourites to take the points, but Rochdale assure goals on their travels, and I’m pretty certain they’ll keep up the good work here. A 3-1 scoreline would be my prediction.
Southampton v Manchester City 5.30pm
Yes, Manchester City should win this, and I’m fully aware that until their 2-2 draw with Liverpool last weekend they hadn’t conceded a single goal in 2013, but this is Southampton we’re talking about – and that means goals both for and against.
The Saints don’t sit back and try to stifle their opponents, they go for the win. They’ve been to all the big clubs this season and either taken a result or at least scored, and they won’t let their home supporters down when it comes to commitment.
City still look shaky at the back without Vincent Kompany, and Southampton have plenty of attacking options that I feel certain will score at least 1 goal.
It’s more or less a given that City will score at some stage, so I make that a confident both teams to score pick.
Sheffield Wednesday v Derby County 3.00pm
I’ve picked this game as a strong choice for Goals Galore because of the good form of either side. I’ve been really impressed with Derby of late, and Sheffield Wednesday have to be respected after picking up 10 points in their last 4 games, beating promotion hopefuls Brighton 3-1 at Hillsborough last weekend.
I’ve actually tipped up Derby County in my banker accumulator as I can’t believe you can get 2/1 about an away win, but The Owls are a threat at the moment, and I can see them scoring at home against a Rams side that rarely keep a clean sheet due to their style of play.
The above 3 selections placed in a £10 BTTS treble pays £45.40 at Sky Bet
