Both Teams To Score And Win Double Tuesday 17th December
While there aren’t a huge amount of games on Tuesday evening, after having a little look through the fixture list I decided there was enough games that interested me to warrant placing a little speculative double. With the football on the box too I like to have a little money on it to keep me interested.
I was actually looking at the both teams to score and win market which is getting really popular. You choose the result of the match as well as selecting both teams to score. Here is where my money is going.
Leicester City v Manchester City
[quote_right]Unfamiliar with the win and both teams to score bet? Check out our guide to the bet that offers huge potential returns[/quote_right]This is a bit of a no brainer at the moment. Manchester City are in absolutely scintillating form at present and their 6-3 win over Arsenal at the Etihad last weekend just shows that they have goals coming out of their ears. The Sky Blues narrowed the gap on the Gunners at the top of the league and there’s no sign of them going off the boil just yet.Leicester City are a team that have slightly tailed off in the last few week, and have failed to win in their last 3 games, although a 1-1 home draw against Burnley at the weekend is far from disgraceful. They will be looking to hit a much changed Manchester City side where it hurts in front of home fans, but I think that’s a bridge too far.
That said, City are hardly masters of clean sheets and it would be no surprise whatsoever to see the Foxes grab what I think will be a consolation goal.
[quote_box_center]Manchester City win and both teams to score – 2/1 Ladbrokes[/quote_box_center]Coventry v Hartlepool
It ended all square (1-1) just over a week ago at Victoria Park, but this this time around I think the Sky Blues will have more than enough to progress to the 3rd round and line up a clash with Barnsley at Oakwell.
Sitting in mid table in League One is not ideal for the home side , but after a lean results spell they look to be picking up again; the highlight of their last month or so being a 3-1 away win at MK Dons. Hartlepool have had trouble winning games recently (3 straight draws) but they are at least getting on the the scoresheet, and that’s a good sign for my choice of bet.
With strikers Leon Clarke and Callum Wilson likely to return for Coventry they can book a place in the 3rd round.
