Fenerbahce welcome arch rivals Galatasaray to the Sukru Stadium in Istanbul in what is being billed as a make or break game for the current champions Fenerbahce. Galatasaray have maintained their form all season and now lead the Turkish Super League by a clear 9 points. Fenerbahce, sitting in 2nd will have to win this game if they are to have any hope of catching their bitter rivals.
It’s one of the most competitive weekends in UK football, and bookies are having a tough time separating many of the teams on Saturday’s fixture list. The fact that the games look ultra hard to predict could be a real blessing in disguise for Goals Galore, and my suggestion is to get on the goals this weekend.
At first glance this Saturday’s fixture list looks one of the most competitive of the season, and there are not many what you would call ‘bankers’ about. But it always pays to delve a little deeper, and I have concocted a treble that I’m very happy with. League 2 looks the tightest of all this weekend, with only Crawley odds on shots for a win, but it would take a brave punter to back them in their current form!
I’ve been at Cheltenham for the last couple of days, and while I can appreciate that it is the sport of kings and The Festival is the pinnacle of European jump racing… Football is where my heart is, and on a Friday evening my true love is the sound of the Futbol24 goal buzzer when the Dutch 2nd division kicks off at 7.00pm! Everton make the short journey to Anfield on Tuesday night to take on arch rivals Liverpool, and recent form suggests that David Moyes’ team have a real chance of exacting revenge for their 2-0 defeat by the Reds at Goodison Park back in October. However if they are to beat Liverpool on their own patch there is a fair bit of history they will have to overcome- They haven’t beaten their rivals at Anfield since 1999.
